Thank you! I worked hard to hit that effect, going after Victorian photos. (Though properly speaking, in that period you'd need long exposure cameras so you wouldn't have a casual scene like that)
Great ones Oso3D!
Ivy you made her look good. Great work and cute image.
Rafmer Impressive!
Getting ready for christmas (still a bit early!) Gallery link
Nice pic
Don't know about to early Xmas stuff showed up in the stores last week and a half of August here
not sure how this fits in with anything, but it's iray ... no postwork. Its sort of eh, but i like it. sort of. one bad - the camera should have ben pulled back to allow complete head in frame. shucks.

My latest Anima: Beyond Fantasy character. He is a warlock; darkness and fire magic.
Thank you Robert Freise, here too christmas shopping is coming earlier each year!
I love the details in your render @xmasrose (aka tulipe) :) But its a little early for christmas me too. Thanks to Amazon, it makes my shopping much easier though. no crowds to fight .

Experiment with a selfmade leotard.
I've fallen behind a bit. New laptop and it has taken a while to get it all sorted

Here's a Studio Shot of Sloane for Bridget 8 (https://www.daz3d.com/sloane-for-bridget-8) with the dForce Daydream Outfit (https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-daydream-for-genesis-8-females-). dForce was applied to the skirt with no issues and no timeline.
Mahalo!
Made as a way to keep my animation based 3D skills sharp.

Yay yay!
Nice render this has Coalition Rapier Armor written over it ! keep up the great work !
The Rapier armor meshed very well with the other parts I kitbashed it with. Only problem is the shoe meshes get a little warped when you fit them to G1. At least it seems that way to me.
Aftermath
My October image for Llola's monthly challenge on PFDLives.com. The theme is "Weather and it's effects."
Realistically, there would have been more boats and a lot more people, but as it is, I had to use Scene Optimizer and Resource Saver Shaders, get creative with instances, and hide any skin that wasn't actually showing. This still rendered a relatively slow 800 samples an hour, on my GTX 1080, with Instancing Optimization on Memory. There's also quite a bit of post work, adding muck and such just above the waterline.
Yes the shoes were alway a problem in conversions !
Yes a good realistic effect !
Getting closer the end, the Europa 360 HDR was hard to do !
Thank you, Midnight.
We're having below freezing temps every night this week, and your image just makes me feel even colder! Time to bundle up, I guess. Even if I am indoors.

wow L'Adair, what a great job on such a tragic scene ,
you did a great job the lighting and the reflection on the helmet was prefect
Thank you, @Ivy.
L'Adair amazing image! So much details in this sad scene.
Midnight_stories Freezing image! Agree with Ivy great work on lighting and reflection. Great scene!
The leotard looks great and the scene is lit pleasingly. Great Work!
EDIT: Have any of you experimented with the post denoiser? I have found it saves a lot of time when you're not looking for the absolute detail. Thought to mention if anybody has any more experience and could mention some drawbacks. This question may need it's own thread tho...
