It pops up every time I open Daz.

I have had that message a few times but i just close down Daz and open it again without the message..

If you do have PostgreSQL installed, what security software are you using?

Chohole - I downloaded DIM first and then installed Daz 4.10 For Windows from DIM after I set up the paths I needed. I see from that link that "PostgreSQL  CMS" is part of the Pro Bundle for Daz 4.10. So maybe it doesn't install when you install 4.10 from DIM. 

Anyway, i guess it wouldn't hurt to just download it again.
