Why is it called morphing mask? I have not found any morphs.

I think because its part of the Morphing Fantasy Dress line of products.
The original Morphing Face Masks product was made for V3/M3 and had to include many morphs to fit the face shaping morphs for those figures.
It was then ported to Genesis/Genesis 2 with some morphs for the main characters in those series plus a few basic movement and expansion morphs - I think the Genesis figures may have been the start of auto-follow (i.e. picking up morphs from the parent figure) so didn't need as many manually-applied morphs.
By the time the mask was ported to Genesis 3 it all seems to be done with autofollow, hence no morphs at all. But they kept the name to make clear that it's more-or-less the same thing and takes all the same add-on textures.
