For the Saturday, October 27th sale, this image appeared in the scrolling banner...

I assumed it was a new product, but I can't seem to find it it when I accessed the sales page. It does not appear to be the recent item by Sixus1 as this one has far more surgical stitches.
Sincerely,
Bill

It's one of Shibashake's images.
You might want to ask him . The original is in the gallery https://www.daz3d.com/gallery/#images/456596
The annotation implies it's custom PhotoShop work. The only product mentioned is the hair.
No fault of Shibashake, of course, but that ad image was certainly misleading!
Sincerely,
Bill
It may also be a product not yet released, or one purchased elsewhere? I second what @Ferretmania said -- send her a PM and ask. Shibashake is very active in many forums/websites and she's very generous in sharing what she knows.
Wait -- Found it. As stated, Shibashake is very active online. I found this image in a list of her favorite fantasy women:

5. FWSA La Llorona and Muneca HD Bundle
Last but not least, we have the zombie girl. This bundle by Fred Winkler Art and Sabby has a large variety of skin options. My favorite is probably the face with stitches and different skin patches from the La Llorona creepy options. It is highly distinctive and while it can be scary/creepy, it can also be sexy/dangerous or sad/vulnerable.
Good job on the investigation.
+1 That is indeed awesome. I hate unsolved mysteries (not the TV show, that was pretty good).
I had to look up Muneca, because I keep seeing it, but I always thought it meant wrist. Apparently that's Muñeca. So the ñ makes the difference. Seems weird.
I really should be doing more with my weekends. *sigh*
i hope they update it for G8. :)
For those interested, the girl in the image is G8. I converted the skin to G3F/G8F using the Blacksmith texture converter over at Rendo. There are also some skin conversion products on Daz - https://www.daz3d.com/cayman-studios
Lol. Thank you. Glad to know I'm not going crazy.
