Do you need Stephanie 3 base to use S3 Petite?

First I'm assuming Stephanie 3 has been removed from the store some time or another, I can't find her?
If that is the case then do you need S3 base in order to use stephanie 3 petite? https://www.daz3d.com/stephanie-3-0-petite-base
It doesn't say 'Requires' just a 'compatible' instead.
I'm not really use to the 3 line so I'm not sure how it works.

    It's the same figure. They called her Petite because she is shorter thän Victoria 3. If I remember correctly Stephanie 3 can share skins with Victoria 3, but not clothes.

    The petite base is the base for Stephanie, so you are fine with that.
