what is the difference between big cat 2 and big cat 1, anybody knows? daz horse2 and daz horse was the same mesh? what is different, just the mats?

Weightmapping. Which is to say that the rigging is a whole different system.
It's also a different mesh. Same with the MilHorse and DAZ Horse 2. The old ones were done long before weightmapping was standard. And they didn't keep the mesh when they redid them.
