My Inbox is empty except I know it's not....

Hi all,

This has probably been asked and answered approximately 1.3 gazillion times, as it's a forum bug that's been around ... forever. But I can't find an answer, so I'll ask again.

DAZ loves to sign me out, even if I check "Keep Me Signed In." When I come back and check messages, get signed out and sign back in ... my Inbox is empty. Except I know it's not empty. It's simply that I've read all of the messages. Is there some setting I can change so I can go back and re-read messages when this happens?

Are you talking about the inbox in your account dashboard ( https://www.daz3d.com/notifier/inbox ), whcih only show messages from Daz about special offers  or the inbox in your account profile, (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/messages/all)  which keeps all your messages all the time, whether you want them or not
