So, a long time ago (over a year, pushing a year and a half... that's long in forum terms) I was in a thread discussing dojos and bemoaning the difficulty in kitbashing a "storefront" dojo.

Which may not be a dojo, but it is a storefront Dance Studio.  I can kitbash it from here.
