Is there a way to encode a zip file with a file not a password

Out of curiousity is there a way to encode a zip file with a file not a password, so that someone can unzip it with same said file if they have it?

you used to be able to do that with RTEncoder,  but I don't think it is available any longer.

So that will make sure that the end user has the right OBJ file so they can unlock it so that they can have the addons but without me distributing obj files I do not have the right to distribute?  Basically what I want to distribute is the new textures and DS configuration files, but not the original obj.  Is that what I need?

That's exactly what it does, but its an old unsupported program. When I try to encode something, I get a "license required" message and there's no way I know of to get one. If you can get version 1, that requires no license.

There is also Objaction move available in Rendo Freestuff. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?item_id=158

    EDIT

I just checked the wayback site and the links report a no file error. The link to the Java version still works but I have never tried to use that one3.
