RE-UPDATED Supernice 1941 Chevy Master Deluxe Animatable Multi-part prop

Introduction

A Poser/Daz compatible prop,

doors, trunk, steering, pedals, gas/temp/oil/battery/hour/minutes/speedometer needles, radio knobs and buttons can be animated

i forgot the transmission stick but you could extract it from my VW Transporter prop

version 2 has individual materials for the headlights and taillights and flashers

almost all surfaces were re-UV-Mapped

The Tires now have threads

Version 3 released Oct 2nd improves the map of the main car shell

    Very interesting vehicle, appropriately released for my animated series which is set during the latter half of the 1930s, but before World War II, though the series has an ambiguous setting, which has technology and pop culture from all generations including today.

    The police car texture is cool, but could somebody please create a version using solid black instead of leopard spots?

    important note: a few minutes from now i'll post a 3rd version of the car with improved UV texture

    the doors themselves are easy to texture

    It took me a little while to find all the correct surface settings . But wicked awesome car ..

    Went to DL the file, bottom of the page lists v3, but the filename is still v2......did it actually get updated?

    You may have figured this out for yourself, hphoenix, but even though the filename was unchanged from the previous, the contents have changed (the object file, for example, is dated 02/10/2018, as opposed to the previous one which was dated 30/09/2018).

    from the point of view of google's attachments section it's v3 but i titled the prop V2 because i initially modeled this back in 2010 i think for a re-creation of the scene in North by northwest where Cary Grant is waiting at a bus stop for mister Kaplan and someone arrives through corn fields in a 1941 Chevy master ... i still want to make that video, i'm just a bit late :) oh my it was 2008, you can see the other vehicles in that scene plus V1 of the chevy blockquote class="Quote" rel="hphoenix">

    You continue to amaze me.  This is such a nice gift.  Thanks so much.  I love the attention to detail and the continued improvments.  Saw this WIP on Fb and here it is.  KEWL!
