Will this ever go on sale?

I have been waiting for this to go on sale for well over a month. Everytime the PA is in the featured artist sale, this is missing. I wonder is that by design or is there a glitch.

Products are protected from sales discounts for 60 days after release, other than the two week initial release promotion. This one was released Aug 6, so it could go on sale as of Oct 6.
