Backing Up Custom Categories

I create my own categories in Smart Content (from right clicking on items and folders in Content Library) to organize the products I've bought. I've spent a lot of time doing this, and I just realized that I haven't really backed this organization up. So, I would like to back this up. Here is what I think I need to do:

Go to Content DB Maintenance > Export User Data.

Then make sure I back up the following:

Runtime\Support\UserData_n.dsx

Checking to see that this is correct? Thanks very much in advance.
