Lights about product

I would like to "copy" the light or lights in mouth opened used in the image cover or in the 9th image in this product: https://www.daz3d.com/hippopotamus-by-am

I just try a lot of lights (distant, point and/or spot), different colors and temperatures and the mouth is always rendered too much pink.

Which kind of lights and parameters do you recomend me ?
