serial number location

hi!!!
I 've buyed C 85 pro, but impossible to get a serial number, to activte it... nor in "my account", nor in my mail box!..
where is it???

    Double check your My Serial Number in you My Account. It is list as something weird. It does have Carrara in the name but it's at the end.

    don't forget you might have more than one page of S/N numbers ether display a lager amount or go to the next page I have 20 different S/N numbers but the default display is only 10 and the new C8.5 one is no the second page.

    But if it's still not there submit a support ticket with your invoice number and support will sort you out.

    thank you for your answers!!! effectively, the s/n was at the end of the list, and I did"nt notice it first!!!
