How to make additive morph dials?

I made a morph on the base genesis figure that elongates the teeth for a vampire mouth look. 

 

I also made another morph from a blank genesis figure that has some gnarly pimples in the face for a witch look. 

 

But it when I load a character and dial the pimples, I lose the teeth and when I dial the teeth I loose the pimples. 

 

What settings do I need to have to make the morph be "additive" so that an already morphed character gets just the new elements added?

  • That shouldn't happen - morphs are additive by their nature (a morph is just a list of dletas, changes in position, for each vertex; when you apply a morph DS mutliplies the deltas by the morph value and applies that offset). How did you create and load your morphs?
