Best FBX Export Settings for Mixamo (V4, Genesis, Genesis 3, Genesis 8)

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to properly export an FBX using Victoria 4, Genesis, Genesis 3 or Genesis 8. Every time I import the FBX file from Mixamo, I get the error message:

Transform differences. Non-uniform scale detected. Results will likey be different.

ANyone know how to properly export an FBX file to use with Mixamo?
