Lights move when moved to group. [Solved]

Hi, 

I recently started using 'Create Goup' to group my items in a scene. If you creae a, for example, lgiht group then try to add a newly created light to that light group then that new light moves position as soon as it's entered the group. The simple solution is to only create the group after creating all the lights but we are often not that organised. I know I'm not. Am I doing something wrong or is there a better workaround other than knowing exactly what you're going to do later?

Is Parent In Place checked in the Scene pane option menu, or at the bottom of the Change Parent dialogue?
