Can i change the center of the rotation?

I have a girl holding the robe of a swing. I wanted to rotate her a bit say 30-40 degrees bet she has to keep holding the robe.

Now i rotate the character then reposition her but can i also move the center of the rotation so she rotates around the center of her hand?

You can try this: Create a new null where you want the center to be, parent the figure to it, then rotate the null.

You could parent her to a null placed where you want the rotation then rotate the null, which is probably simplest. But yes, you can use the Joint editor tool to move the centre point.
