    Just picked him up! Luca would have been an instant buy for me anyway, but with the still new sale I was also able to pickup Latoya base today too. Can't wait to get home later and make some renders. Looking forward to seeing some new art by you all too.

    The main hair used in the promos is the Adrian hair for Genesis 3 Male ( https://www.daz3d.com/adrian-hair-and-beard-for-genesis-3-male-s ), with the Dolly Hair Pontyail extension from Dolly Changeable Hair for Genesis 3 Female ( https://www.daz3d.com/dolly-changeable-hair-for-genesis-3-female-s ).  The widows peak is a custom morph I made for Luca, and custom shaders.

    The torn blue jeans are from Mr. Hyde for Genesis ( https://www.daz3d.com/mr-hyde-for-genesis ).  The other torn pants and torn vest are from Pirate for Genesis and Genesis 2 Male(s) ( https://www.daz3d.com/pirate-for-genesis-and-genesis-2-males ), with the Shipwrecked texture add-on ( https://www.daz3d.com/shipwrecked ).

    The leather vest is the Lumber Jack vest from the DS Scene Builder Starter Essentials pack included with DS.  The car outfit is Renegade for Genesis 3 Male(s) ( https://www.daz3d.com/renegade-for-genesis-3-male-s ).

    Various other things, backgrounds, etc. wink

    The hair used in the attached image is Bastien Hair by AprilYSH, not yet released. Larger version click below. smiley

    I really like him. I bought him to mix in some softness to other male figures.

    Question about the dark arcs around his eyes. How do I make these go away? I've zeroed out his makeup , but they remain no matter what I do. Is this a technical issue, or am I missing something in using the product?

    Even for a fairy he(she??) looks way too feminine esp the jawline. But I have plenty of G8M morphs to butch him up. I think his(her?) skin will be useful for younger characters.

    Bamboozler.... to me it looks like your eyelash transparency is reversed or messed up. I don't own Luca yet so can't double check.

    Luca seems way too feminine at full strength.  I like the concept, but I'm going to hold off until I see a few renders of how Luca mixes with other G8M figures at some varied percentages.  Also, for anyone who already got him, are the Face and Body morphs separate or is it a single FBM?

    Got him.  Like allot of extreme shapes a little bit or half way will give nice results.  

    As for looking too feminine... LOL.  that just makes me laugh out loud.  There are boys that look like girls and girls that look like boys in the real world too folks!  LMAO!  Being a hairdresser you see all shapes of faces, male and female, coming into the salon.  There are beautiful boys and men and masculine looking girls and women.  It's what makes us all individulals.

    I've seen females look less female.

    However, elves have a tradition of being not exactly feminine, but well different, I suppose is the best way of putting it

    Yeah, exactly... Looks like a proper Legolas replica to me.. I can absolutely imagine him sliding down Mumakil trunks, shooting arrows at the same time... *cough*

    So no, definately no elf... but a fairy... which is not the same...

    Oh good. We finally get a current generation counterpart for the classic Thorne fae girls. And the point about the skin being useful for young boys is a whole selling point in itself.

    A little grunphed by the Iray only, but there are converters.

    I like him but he doesn't mix that well with others I hoped to be able to make him look a bit older but I'm not haveing much success so far.
