Converting Displacement map effect to morph

I created an interesting effect on a G8 figure, using a displacement map. Now I was wondering: is there a way to "convert" that displacement effect into a morph?

No, not without creating your own HD plug-in (since the Daz loader is not available to us).

In principle, yes as far as I know. Whether it would be pactical is another matter.
So this plugin should give the ability to do what exactly? Export a subd'ed mesh?
No - if you want to load HD detail as a morph in DS you need a tool to enable that, sicne the Daz tool isn't available for non-PAs. I've no idea how you would go about that, nor am I certain it would be possible.
I have pondered if it were possible to geograft say a higher poly head that could have HD morphs
