It’s been a while since I had to submit a ticket about anything but I have an issue with a Gift Card purchase made yesterday (the day before the sale, but oh-well), the old problem of the order going through but no Gift Card email with the redemption number, so I submitted a ticket, now I’m sure in the past you use to get an automated response so you could follow up but I’ve not seen anything, is this now normal or has something gone wrong with my ticket?
I’ve had a look around the site but there seems to be no information on the support process and what to expect, unless I’ve missed sometihing.

Yes, I got the purchase response email (timed at 12:16 BST yesterday - 05:15 MDT on the order), and the order is listed as complete in my order history, the email address in the order is correct and I've also checked my spam folder, but nothing to be seen, thanks.
I am getting no response at the moment, I think that it is some sort of holiday in the US, but possibly try filing another ticket. Normally people say they get 2 emails with gift card codes, and the 2nd one wroks.
Today is “Labor Day” - a holiday in the US. All the Daz folks will probably be back at their desks tomorrow.
No follow up email with the gift code either.
It's probably site wide.
Could you PM me your order numbers, please - then I can send Daz a list with several examples and that may help them expedite a solution.
Me too. Just got an email of the order confirmation, no number to click. Sent a message, Richard.
