Is anybody else having trouble downloading today with connect?

I use Daz Connect, but today it refuses to see the products I bought during the sale. As a result, I can't download them. I tried to download the offline products, but when I tried to import them, no go. Sigh. I'm using DIM to download them now. What a pain in the butt. Is the new Daz 5 getting ready to come out or what?
