skirt/dress/loincloth problems

I have a problem with certain lowerbody clothing streaching with my characters legs when posing and I need a step by step instructions on how I can fix this... please help

Does the item of clothing have any parameter changes?
Check out my screenshots to show how the hood is adjusted back and forth using Parameters

you can try fitting it to a piece of Genesis clothing rigged with a front bone instead of conforming to legs like the Princess Asia drapings
(I used here)
then you can delete that clothing, fit it to Genesis and pose it seperately
Sickleyield has some clothes made for this sort of fitting too
otherwise choose shirt in autofit and use morphs to move it
