No build in scaling dials

I recently purchased a saddle mesh with the idea of kit bashing the item to fit something other than what it was intended for only to discover there are no scaling dials. Is there a way to add them?

Have you tried enabling Show Hidden Parameters? Lined button in the top corner of the Parameters pane, or right-click the tab, will open the option menu.
