Mixamo (Adobe) with Genesis 8

Hi Everyone,

We have been trying here (unsuccessfully) for a couple weeks trying to use Mixamo with Genesis 8 Characters. There are excellent videos on G2/G3 with Mixamo that can be found on the net like this video here:

But nothing on the latest Genesis 8 Technology and we have not been able to get this to work using the same methods in the video. Has anyone had success with this?

I have also put in a official tech request but thought I should post here as well.
