Is Smart Content Broken?

Hi to anyone with the know how on using the Smart Content pane in Studio.

My issue: "I am getting download speeds of 1.0 Mbps - 0.3 Mbits using the Smart Content pane.

On any other download outside of Studio/Smart Content, I can hit over 170Mbps on speed tests.

Is this a know issue that needs to be fixed, or is there somthing wrong with my Studio?

My machine/computer has a fresh/clean install of windows 10 with full updates.

Has anyone had this issue? Or could someone point me to a fix or share a fix for this issue?
