Batch adjust a pose in animation

I have an animation set where I need to adjust the arm a bit so it isn't going trough the figure. The animation set (aniblock) has about 50 frames and adjusting it on those 50 frames one by one is rather time consuming. I wonder if there is an easier way to adjust it for all at once?

    Maybe try pose comtrols, arms up-down etc.
