hello! i see all these amazing things in the shop, but what if i need an exact item? i have tried making things myself with blender and such, but...that always fails miserably . what i am saying is, who can i contact, or where can i ask for commissions? because i will seriously pay cold hard cash for things to be made to my specifications.

Depending on the size and complexity of the item, there are a number of modellers who lurk these very forums who might be interested in your challenge, if you can provide more details.

An example of someone else who also has random requests is over here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/162/

Just lay out your request politely (sample images are great), specify things like ownership rights and required timeframe, whether it needs to be textured and rigged (or whether you'll take care of that sort of stuff yourself), and see who bites.

Another option is to contact the PA (Published Artists) that specializes in the type of products you need directly by private message through these forums. They can give you an accurate timetable and price range and discuss the license and usage rights options. But be aware, unique pieces made to exact specifications can be time consuming and time equals money.
