I am new to DAZ Studio.... I know this is pretty easy with other programs but how do you create something like the look they have in the Biohazzard product scene?

In the image, it just states "Volume Smoke Added".

Thanks in advance.

You can use the Free Uber Volume that comes with DAZ Studio found in Shader Presets>Omnifreaker or you can get these and use them http://www.daz3d.com/atmospheric-effects-cameras-for-daz-studio . You will need to Read the manual/info for either you pick to use as they are not just load and use, they need some setting up to work best.

    Awesome! Thanks!

Do you know if these will also work with the Luxray (?) render that you can add to DAZ?

Neither will, they both use the 3Delight Render engine to produce the effect.

    Hi Shadowhawk70.

I designed and built the Biohazard set. For the promo shots I used
Atmospheric Effects Cameras for DAZ to generate the volumn smoke in the scene. It's very easy to set up and achieve excellent results.

Apologies for the lateness of this reply. Let me know how you got on. Would love to see some finished renders!!
