Problem Loading "fsl ultra layered makeups genesis 8 female"

Recently I've had issues loading the makeup onto my characters, before it worked fine. 

I get the "Error opening file"

I've tried to reinsall the product but no luck.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Do you have the correct target item selected?

    Yea, the correct item is selected. 

    Also I noticed that after a recent update on this product the product images have the little "!" sign in it instead of the actual pictures. When I browse the path of the contents they do exist on my harddrive. Although the PNG files when you look at them at the thumbnail level it doesn't show anything and when you open the PNG file it shows nothing. Not sure why this happens.

    The problem seems to be limited to this product, as the other makeup products I have works.

    I meant in the scene - the figure they are to apply to.

    Just checked, and I have the update. I'm also missing eyeliner icons for 31 to 60 in Eyeliners 02, and Eyeshadow icons 1 to 30 from Eyeshadows 01. However, no error occurs when I apply them to my G8F (the materials do apply, you just don't know what color they are until after you apply them because there are no icons).

    Yea, the figure is selected before I tried to apply the makeup.In some cases I even tried to go to the surfaces tab >face after selecting the figure. 

    Before the update mines looked like dawnblades, where I could see most of them but the others would be missing but I would still be able to apply it. Now I can't see any of them and I can't apply them =[

    Check your Lost and Found folder. That's where I found the missing icons.  Didn't do any good because they still won't load.

    Thanks @Hatchetman, but they're not in Lost and Found. Found other stuff though! laugh

    Eyeliners 02 have files that are numbered without a leading "0" and these have no associated .png file.  Eyeshadows 01 have files that begin with FSLIs instead of FSLI and they don't have associated .png files.

    I also submitted a ticket as well. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.

    No, not for me. Used the product last night and the images are still missing. All was fine until the update. I’m hoping with the tickets already submitted that it will be sorted soon.

    Not yet, but that first update was done quickly so I'm hopeful this will be fixed soon. smiley

    I've also noted that some of the makeups are extremely light when they are applied, almost to the point of not being able to see any difference. Anyone else seeing that?

    That's mentioned in the last sentence in details: "The makeups will appear differently on different skins, and the extent to which they are visible and bold is effected by the translucency and specularity of the skin with which they are paired." So I think the makeup would be more visible on a skin that is less translucent (see through).

    oh, ok. I might of missed that or seen it and forgot. Thanks for that heads up.
