Is there a way to add Easy Pose to an older figure in DS ?

I want to make the tail and tentacles of Nursoda's MerPal ,easier to pose instead of having to pose each bone ,I found a script for Poser but nuthing for DS ,any body got any ideas?

  • Daz sort of has a esay pose built in, Select the first bone in the chain then under the scene tab right click the item and select children, make sure ALL is on in the paramiter window and you should be able to have control over all the items selected. Somewhere in the forums there is a lot better discription of how to do this .If this works for you I sugest making a shortcut key to select the children,.it makes this super easy.

    Note that the selection trick only works because all the selected bones have the same names for the same bendy/twisty/rotate-y parameters. This will usually be OK on anything bought from the DAZ store, but I've seen items from other stores and more than a few freebies where this consistency is only almost 100%. Any misspelled parameter names (including mis-capitalisation) will cause extra morph dials to appear in the Parameter tab — and not always in the same place as the grouped dials. If you ever see one or two (or three...) bones not responding to this technique, that's probably what's wrong.
