my genesis 3 won't work. Help pls.

I had a similar problem with G8 but for some reason G3 is doing this for me also it says 'file does not exist'. I was told before to uninstall G8 by right clicking on the logo and clicking uninstall which worked then reinstalling it but it isn't even giving me the option to do this with G3 (pic)

    You need to right-click on the product icon, not individual files in the product (which is where you are now).

    K not much is happening with that either (if you mean on the left with 'new' on the bottom right).

    No, click the Back button (top-left) to go to the view that shows lot's of products.
