Audacious outfit not working

I tried to upload an image of the problem, attempt failed. The outfit is a mess - no hardware on the belt, which looks backwards, the blouse has flaps hanging down over the breasts. The skirt is the only thing that can use DeForce, since the simulator doesn't recognise the blouse as a DeForce object. The skirt also drapes weird after simulating, bunching up on the knee. I wish I could upload the picture. I have seen other people's renders of this outfit and it looks fine, I don't understand why my version is unusable. It was part of a Pro bundle - should I return it?

Are you using a support shape? The breast issue looks like the result of morph projection.
What do you mean by 'support shape'?
What morphs are you using on the figure? The bunching up under the breasts that you are showing isn't too unusual for morphs that reduce the breast size by a lot. I often have to use something like Fit Control (https://www.daz3d.com/fit-control-for-genesis-8-female-s) to fix that (I thought Zev0 had one specifically for breast adjustment but I'm not seeing a G8 version in the store).
You can make any surface dynamic (Edit > Figure > Geometry I think, I don't have Studio in front of me), but in my experience that usually doesn't help enough with the specific problem you are having with the blouse.
For the skirt, I'm not sure what's going on there. Are you animating over a timeline? I find that works better for me even when I am using it in a still image, because then I can get a few frames of options in case it looks off in the final frame for any reason.
Also not sure what you mean about the belt from that picture.
Sorry, I meant to write supported shape - one for which the clothing already has a matching morph.
I checked and no, it turns out that Mabel 8 is not a supported shape for this outfit.
The outfit was originally designed for The Girl 8, who is much bigger on top than Mabel, so that's probably the problem.
No I haven't tried animating over a timeline, I just used the default settings. I'll have to learn how to do that and give it a try.
The buckle appears to be missing, it looks like it might be behind the belt instead of in front of it.
Mabel 8 and Edie 8 are messing up pretty much every G8 piece of clothing not made for them, I've learned from try and error. That is especially true when you use the HD morphs.
For belts, try setting the "collision item" to the skirt/pant in the belt's parameter tab. That usually solves that kind of "layering" problems.
Audacious seems like it was designed for Penny, not the Girl, so the size shouldn't be that significantly different from Mabel. I'll take a look later and at least confirm that I'm seeing the same thing when I dial in Mabel.
Still not sure about the skirt though.
**Ok, wow, yeah the buckle does not like the Mabel morph. Most of the standard full body morphs are ok, but I'm noticing the aging morphs from Zev0 also cause the buckle to behave weird. I have no idea why the buckle auto-fits so poorly or how to fix it myself.
