Help needed! Looking for a perfect replica of this!

Hello! I am looking for an exact replica of this piece of clothing. Any idea on which products I could combine in order to get as closest as possible to this picture? Especially the skirt, the jacket and the boots. I can create the ornaments and textures by myself. It's for Genesis 2!!!

This is the first thing that camee to my mind: https://www.daz3d.com/broken-doll-for-genesis-3-female-s

It's for G3 and has short sleeves, but otherwise looks rather close to the jacket and skirt. You could add epaulettes from another set, for example there's this in the PC.

As for boots, those from Eclipse or Roll and Ball have that kind of "V shape" at the top.
