How Do I Get Help Installing?

It has been  impossible for me to contact the vendor or DAZ..   I need tickets?  Coupons?   WT-?

I recently purchased "Beach Life" and "Party Time" from DAZ.  

I can easily contact vendors in Renderosity, but OMG not here!

I tried contacting the vendor, River Soft Art (I googled him) , but no email address. 

I'm a Poser person and not very good at installing DAZ files. 

Can any one help me?   Thanks!

Daz PAs have an agreement with Daz and Daz does all the support through Customer service    https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

However if you expalin exactly what your problem is ther is usually someone on the forums that can help you.

What method are you trying to use to install?    DIM    Connect   or Manual?
