why won't my genesis 8 female essentials load?

I appear to have downloaded it (pic 1) but whenever I try to load it into daz I get the message (pic 2) I don't understand why.

Any help pls?

    If you back out from the file view in your second screenshot and right-click on the Genesis Starter Essentials icon does the menu offer Install or Uninstall?

    I thought that the Genesis 8 Essentials were male and female together?

    Have you tried uninstalling, deleting and then re-downloading the file?

    No, I meant to click the back button at the top of the pane t get to the product list, then right-click on the icon there.
