DazStudio_Won't Open
Help! I get this error message every time I try to open the program. I've tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it. I even tried using different drives to get it working, but with no success. I did submit the bug report as was suggested, but that doesn't help me get things back up and running. Can anyone help me understand what's going on and get this fixed? thanks

Several people have run into that. it's part of the Inbtel GPU driver - do you in fact have an Intel GPU in your system, usually as part of the CPU?
Not sure but I think so. I have a Nvidia 1080 GTX vid card, and an intel i7 processor, so if the shoe fits, I have a pair. What, if anything, can I do to fix this. The problem just popped up today. I've never had this issue before.
I don't believe that most of the i7 processors do include GPUs, so you may be able to do what some others have done and simply remove the .dll file - ideally by uninstalling the Intel driver, though i think some people have applied brute force (at their own risk).
tampering with or removing any .dll files is out of the question for me. Unless my technician can tell me its ok, I aint feelin it. Daz has to have some kind of patch or solution for this problem. Otherwise, I'll just have to roll back to an older version. That might be the better solution for me. I guess it becomes a matter of, will an older version work? We'll see.
Tech support told me to go into the plugins folder and delete a .dll file. "dzdynamics.dll", which I did. Now daz opens ok, but I have no content and no way to scan the content directory. Can anyone tell me, what's next? What can I do to get back to normal. Its been four days since this started and I'd like to get back to work. Thanks
Make sure the Directory paths are correct in the Content Directory Manager inside Studio. Make sure the Install directory path in Daz Install Manager (DIM) matches.
Do not have "Content" as a folder name in your path.
Well I have no content library pane. Theres nothing on the left side where the content library used to be. When I go to Edit/preferences/content directory manager, I set the file path in the window, as this attachment shows. Don't think I got this right tho, cause I'm not getting any results. If you could, would really appreciate your help with this. Thanks
Well, the good news is, I have the program back up. Went to the windows option and got a content window. Then I found the default settings and selected that, so I have studio back up to speed. The only problem now is, I'm missing quite a few models that don't show up in the content library. Don't know why, but that can be fixed. Thanks everyone for the help. It's much appreciated.
Hi I have been having the same issue, I was told to delete the same file, but when I looked it wasn't there.. so now I'm confused :S like I renamed the plugins folder and it opened, but then they say to change it back and delete the file, but I don't have that file..
I have daz reality and that seems to be causing the issue, worked before.. but I took that out an dit works fine now
