Customize menu

I can’t find the customize dialog box referred to in the video on using the active pose tool. the narrator indicated its available by hitting f3 but it doesn’t happen and I can find any reference to a customize dialog in any of the dropdown menus. any ideas? I don’t know how to explain this better.

    Window>Workspace>Customise, if F3 isn't working are any keyboard short-cuts working?

    Sorry. . .  I use them so seldom I forgot about the funcrtion keys and assumed "F" meant the letter f. All are working.
