SOLVED: The Bat Thing expressions?

Anyone have The Bat Thing by TheAntFarm? LOVE him, but cannot seem to locate his expressions. There aren't morph dials anywhere on him, as far as I can see. And he doesn't have an articulated jaw. Tried re-installing him and even re-downloaded/installed manually. No luck. Before I file a ticket, was wondering if anyone else could offer help. I'm on an RRRR contest deadline, so I may not get an answer in time for his debut appearance in my gallery, but I like him enough that I'd love to know if I'm missing something for future use!
UPDATE: Found the problem. I noticed that there was an update added in May of this year (as stated on the product support page) that was supposed to have fixed some rigging issues -- which I assume were the expressions. I always install updates, but I wasn't seeing the morphs, even after re-installing through the DIM and manually. I just installed through Connect (which may not actually have fixed anything) but I then noticed that there were two options for adding the Bat Thing to the scene. There's a !FULL version that adds him with hair and hooves, or there's just the "normal" version which adds him, idk, naked? On a whim, I added just the "normal" bat (I'd been using the !!FULL option prior to this.) I discovered that if you add the naked "Bat Thing" option -- NOT the "Bat Thing !!FULL" -- the expressions are there. The "!!FULL" option is still only loading the pre-update morphs. Bizarre. I'll file a ticket.

Thanks for the info! In trying to make a product as easy to use as possible sometimes issues come up. I assure you we test the heck out these things but we are only human and things do go sideways sometimes. I will also address this with the team at Daz on Monday. My intentions for everyone who uses one of my products, is to have a positive, creative experience.
Thank you again for the information and I hope this hasn't caused you to think twice when shopping for 3D content.

I love your stuff and, much to my bank account's dismay, rarely think twice when shopping for 3D content, lol! Never fear, I know your content is always top-notch and am a huge fan. Can't imagine what goes into the creation and testing of it. (My brain melts at the idea of creating an original figure...) Your Bat Thing is awesome and I'm very much enjoying working with him!
@AntMan - The Bat Thing is working flawlessly and he looks... Dare I say "cute"? He's all snuggled upside-down for a nap. :D (The koala admittedly helps with the cuteness.)
This was somewhat inspired by a D&D game I played many years ago. One of the PCs summoned a Dire Bat... only it never went away. It followed the party for the rest of the campaign. They made him a pet and named him Harvey.
Really cute image.
