Issue Converting G8 to G3 (dforce)

I'm pretty heavily invested into characters and poses for G3, so for the time being, I'm just picking up G8 clothing I absolutely have to have, and converting it to G3 using SickleYield's tutorial. Last thing I picked up was the Wizard HD set. Conversion went beautifully for everything, until I came to the outer tunic. Now, after I've changed the Scene Identification and properly transfering the rigging (careful to select the figure first, then the article), when I actually fit the article to the figure, this is what I get:

Any clue as to what might be screwing this up for me? The outer cloak, which also drapes along the arms similarly to this article, made the transfer flawlessly.

    How does the tutorial have you cope with the different zero positions for the arms?

    Did you try zeroing the figure before you fitted the garment to it?

    I was thinking the same. Looks like something might have been skipped in the process. I've had no issues using the outer robe on G3male and I converted the entire Wizard collection to G3.
