Can I save my character morphs?

Hi all. So I worked on a character for hours creating fixing her face to the way I want it. However, after playing with the makeup, surface settings and other add ons a little too much, she pretty much looks like a failed arts and craft expirement. Like a dumb ass, I clicked saved and closed out, so I can't exactly go back. 

 

My question is simple, but  I am not sure if possible; can I save all the character adjustments I made to her face/model as a like a slider? I don't want skin because its beyond repair at this point. And please, talk to me like I'm an idiot because I am new to Daz and recetly learned what shadders meant.

Yes, to save your characters shape as a loadable preset go to to the file menu, file >save as > shaping preset will save your characters features.  It will save it to the content library presets as a shape preset, then you apply that shape to the original figure once loaded or to any other compatible figure.
