Is there a light meter to show if light is too strong or weak?

I'm coming from Poser.  In Poser a user named bagginsbill created a very powerful light meter.  It helped me gauge the amount of light in a scene. Is there anything like this in DAZ Studio?  I need a way to check if light is too strong or too weak.  I'd rather not trust my own eyes because I don't have an artists keen eyes.

    Not as such. The nearest, which works only with iray, is the exposure adjust symbol that pops up next to the Viewport preview mode sphere at top-right when in nVidia Iray preview mode - click that, then click in the scene to select a target point.

    This works pretty well, thanks for that.

    I wonder if there is a methodology for using this tool to it's maximum potential?
