Strange MATS folder in my Genesis 3 Female clothing section

It's from, I'm guessing Sandra and it's just say's Tallulah.  There are mat folders within both for 3Delight and iRAY.  

Can someone tell me what outfit this is for?

    Those mats appear to be for the Boho for Genesis 3/8 Female outfit.
