Issues using Iray HDRI Storms Lightning and Desert

So I bought this environment, and I can find it in my content library inside DazStudio.  But when I double click it, it doesn't import anything.  What am I doing wrong?

You wont see it until you either render it in Iray or set the viewport/aux viewport to Iray. Clicking on the icons loads an HDRI into the Envoronment map of the Iray dome which doesn't show up in the openn gl viewport.
