Hexagon won't accept serial number

Hi,

  I downloaded and installed Hexagon but it will not accept my serial number.

I copied and pasted from the serial number in my account. Also input by hand. It keeps telling me it is invalid.

Any advice is appreciated.

I have two in my account, for different versions, only one of them works for the current version.
