error after install

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I installed Daz3d on my laptop last night and again 3 times this morning trying to fix this error following every forum post I could find nothing has worked. I am using my laptop right now as my desktop PC took a crap yesterday and I ordered a new one, now this error has me worried I will be going through the same issue again at the end of the month when my new system arrives.

    You have to also install PostgreSQL. It is a seperate installer to Daz Studio

    Have you installed PostgreSQL? If so what security software are you running?

    I did not install that on my desktop when I installed Daz studio unless it installed along side it, my laptop has all security software disabled right now so that I know that is not the problem
