It's in the Cart - No, It's Not - Yes, It IS! No ... it's NOT.

I'm really surpised this is still a problem, and yet, here it is.
Any other site I go to, I can save my password and log in automatically. Here, I'm frequently logged out even while browsing, or changing between forums and the store. Even with a box to check to "remember me," the site doesn't remember me. It builds a great relationship with customers, don't you think?
So I came to the site. Found the containment hallway for free, and clicked to add it to my cart. Then I went to check it, and saw I wasn't logged in. I logged in, which, of course, takes me to my account page instead of keeping me in the store where I was shopping, because we all love that, right? Whew - still shows 1 item in my shopping cart.
But when I click the cart, I'm told my cart is empty.
I log out and log back in. Icon shows 1 item in my cart, clicking it shows me an empty cart.
I go to the store, back to the containment hallway. IT says it is in my cart. I click my cart, "your cart is empty."
How long do I have to wait until it shows back up in my cart, and will it still be free when it does?
And how long until DAZ listens to its customers and fixes the way our logins work, so we have a positive experience like everywhere else on the Web?

Just add another article to the cart, then the lost item will show up again. after that, remove the other article.
As for the other questions, I guess you have to ask customer support that question....
When you go back to the product page, do you refresh the window? Usually that is all it takes for me, then I can add it back to the cart.
When this happens I usually log out, which makes the item show up, delete it, log in, and add it again. One of the worst cart/forum integrations I've have the misfortune to use!
