I purchased this product. Somewhere, there are templates but I don't know where. I need to create a door sign for the project that I'm working on. I don't own Photoshop but I do own Photo Elements verison 15 which I'm sure can do the job. I just need to know how to find the templates, if they even exist and how to change them.

    Easiest thing to do is load the one you want into your scene. Go to the surfaces tab and select the surface of the prop  and open the directory where its at. Then open that file in photoshop and alter it the way you want. Save it with a different name in the maclean direcotry and you can find it amongst the others of its kind later when you need to use it again.

    There was a query about this a couple of weeks ago and I contacted DAZ. Apparently the templates had somehow been lost, so I uploaded them again. I've just checked my own Product Library (in my account here on the site) and the templates are there for download.

    So it's possible you didn't ever have them in the first place. Try checking your Product Library. The templates should be there.
