Upgrade from 7 Pro to 8.5 Pro Cost ?

Hi guys,

Just a little question,

I have tried looking on the site but the site is not really user friendly.

Any idea how much to upgrade from Carrara 7 Pro to 8.5 Pro ?

    Currently it is listing for me at $285. I see no upgrade option, but then I own it already so it may not show that. I also don't know the price if you are a PC club member. In the past, the savings were substantial enough to warrant the membership fee, but I don't know about now as I dropped the membership. I also know, historically, DAZ has put Carrara 8.5 Pro on sale at fairly at fairly frequent intervals, with a substantial savings even without a PC membership.

    Yes, Carrara Pro goes on sale at a steep discount on a fairly regular basis. Usually under $50, sometimes even much less than that.  Often the Pro version is much cheaper than standard.  Here is a recent sale.  You should bookmark the Carrara sale thread if you haven't already.

    I had to contact the DAZ support to get the C7.0 to C8.1 upgrade deal some years ago. Upgrades were never working in the store.

    Cheaper if you are a Plat club member,   A 3 month sub to the PC is $24   and you will then get an extra 30% off the Carrara 8 pro price, as it is a DO  (Daz Original)

    I haven't bookmarked the Carrara sale thread . because I couldn't find it ( yeah I know dumb as a plank) :))

    I will keep an eye out for the specials, I would like to get the Pro version.

    You might also keep an eye on the Flash Sale Alerts thread, because Carrara has sometimes showed up in Fastgrab at 70% off.

    I think you'll be very happy when you finally find Carrara 8.5 Pro at a price that you like. I was playing with it again this weekend (when I should have been doing something else) and was amazed by how much you can do with it.

    @shaykall - Carrara Pro is in a flash sale.  For me it shows a price of $45.50, but I realize these can vary a little from person to person depending platinum club membership, etc.

    @Diomede,  I clicked on the link and it shows Carrara at $285, either I missed the sale or its because I am not a Platinum member Damn :)),  maybe next time..
