Render Settings Question

In Render Settings > General > Series Path, there's a little dropdown you can change between picture and folder. What does it mean? I've always left it set to picture by default...

The picture icon lets you select a Render Library location that you have defined. That way you don't have to hunt down a specific folder to save the renders to. The folder icon, as you may have guessed by now, is to select any other folder in your system.

You're welcome. Took me a minute to find it, though. That box changes title depending on render type: "Image Name" for Still Images (Current Frame), "Series Path" for Image Series or "Movie Path" for Movie. I also find that the Render Library - Folder selector is a little flaky. It tends to jump back to Folder selection while trying to select a Render Library. It's the same control as on the Render window, if you render to a new window instead of direct to file (for stills only).
